3. Consultation and Estimates

Free consultations are provided without obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Pricing may vary based on product availability, custom requirements, and installation complexity.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Full payment is typically required upon completion of installation unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

5. Installation

Installation dates are scheduled based on product availability and mutual agreement. We will make every effort to complete installation within the agreed timeframe. Delays due to product availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

6. Warranty

Products come with manufacturer warranties. Our installation work is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. Warranty details will be provided with your specific products and services.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or significant changes to orders after products have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees or other charges. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution during installation, NA Blinds is not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, windows, or property. We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.

9. HOA and Building Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring their window treatment selections comply with HOA or building requirements. We will provide assistance and documentation when requested, but final compliance is the customer's responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of NA Blinds and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Service Description: NA Blinds offers SMS/text messaging for appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and promotional messages about special offers and discounts to customers who opt in via our website forms.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
